Medical Professional Medal of Gratitude. These prestigious medals are perfect to recognize Doctors, Nurses, medical techs, hospital staff, respiratory techs, etc.

Now more than ever its important to recognize and express gratitude to valued individuals for their support, dedicated care and service through these unprecedented times.

The medal is made of heavy-duty zinc metal and weigh 1.9 lbs.! The plate is 6" x 5-1/4" and comes with an attached 7/8" x 34" bright gold chain. Award comes in a black satin lined presentation box.

Award comes with sample artwork as shown and your custom text as entered.

For a $25 artwork charge we will place the artwork you provide or use stock images from our library and email you a proof for approval.  Or you can also select the "logo on file" option and you can provide the artwork in a camera ready format in a template we will provide after ordering at no additional charge.

HOW TO ORDER WITH OUR ARTWORK SERVICE:
  1. Select the "I will upload or email my custom logo" option and then upload your artwork (1 piece of artwork for the center) by clicking the orange "upload file now" button ($25 fee applies)
  2. Add the quantity of chains to the cart by clicking "personalize my award".
  3. Provide any necessary instructions for artwork in the order notes section located in the shopping cart
We will email you a free proof for approval within 1-2 business days. For best results, provide vector ready artwork (.eps or .ai).
