How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 6-8 business days using our flat rate shipping options. We also offer expedited delivery options that arrive in as fast as 3-5 business days, as well as our TurboPartner Service for 4-business-day delivery on eligible items.

TurboPartner Service
Our TurboPartner Service delivers your awards in 4 business days for last-minute orders at a fraction of standard air shipping costs. We drop-ship the award items directly from a regional distribution center near you, while your custom-engraved name plates are express-shipped separately for easy self-attachment with their built-in adhesive backing. Offer valid in the contiguous United States only.

TurboPartner Exclusions: TurboPartner service is not available for Engraved Awards, Acrylic Awards, Column Trophies, Non-Resin Trophies, Plaques (excluding Photo Plaques), and Pins. If available, the TurboPartner graphic will appear on the product page and checkout options.
International & APO/FPO Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. A U.S.-issued credit card or PayPal is required for foreign orders. Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For APO/FPO shipments, we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (select AA, AE, or AP at checkout). APO/FPO orders ship within 3 business days of receipt, with final delivery taking 10-20 days depending on location.
Order Tracking & Delivery Protection
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. You can also view status updates under your account profile on our website.
All items are insured against loss and damage during transit at no extra cost. Third-party shipping accounts are not accepted. Additional reshipment fees apply if inaccurate shipping information was provided at checkout.
Personalization & Customization
Are there extra charges for lettering?
All trophies, awards, plaques, and medals include free lettering up to 60 characters. Extra characters over 60 are charged at $.10 per character. Select items where personalization is not offered will be clearly marked.
How is my text styled on the award?
Our standard layout centers Arial Narrow font in black on a gold or silver satin plate, maximizing font size based on the character count. If you prefer a different font, please indicate your request in the order notes at checkout.
How do I enter personalization details?
When you add an item to your cart, you will be prompted to enter your personalized text line-by-line before completing checkout.
Can I add a custom logo?
Yes! Products supporting logos feature an "Add a Logo" option. There is a one-time setup charge specified per award, which includes a free proof. The same logo can be added to other eligible items on the same order without extra setup fees (except for screen-printed/engraved acrylic or crystal awards, where setup charges apply per size).
- Accepted file formats: .eps, .ai, .tiff, or .jpg (minimum 300 dpi).
- Redraw fee: If file quality is insufficient, we can recreate it for $25.00 to $40.00 depending on complexity.
- Color matching: Logos print in color on standard plates/plaques and etched white on laser-engraved items. PMS color matching is available on screen-printed acrylics only.
- Turnaround: Proofing adds 1-2 business days to production. We store submitted logos for 1 year for quick reordering.
What is the Premium Artwork Service?
For a flat fee of $15 per order, our Premium Artwork Service lets you customize fonts, text sizes, layout colors, or build custom medal/plaque designs. It includes 1 free proof revision emailed to you for approval.
What is the difference between Engraving and Imprinting?
Engraving etches directly into the surface of the item, leaving a clean white/frosted appearance. Imprinting applies vibrant colored ink onto the surface of the award.
Orders, Payments & Guarantee
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. We also accept Purchase Orders and Checks through our website; full payment must be cleared prior to production and shipment.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Orders placed over the phone incur a $10.00 service fee. Personalization text must still be submitted via email to ensure spelling accuracy.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because submitted orders enter production immediately, changes or cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $7.50) plus any incurred production, material, or restocking costs.
What if I made a mistake on my personalized text?
Email us right away! Replacement plates for customer errors cost between $7.99 and $12.49 per name plate plus standard shipping (order item #NP100 on our site).
Do you offer a printed paper catalog?
No. By keeping our catalog exclusively online, we keep prices low and maintain the most up-to-date selection in the industry.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is collected where required by law. State Exempt Organizations may submit an Exempt Organization Certificate via email to remove tax charges.
Is shopping on TrophyPartner.com safe?
Yes. We use 128-bit encryption and process credit card transactions through Authorize.net to guarantee complete data security.
What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
For over 22 years, our pledge has remained the same: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt to return, exchange, or credit your purchase. If items arrive damaged, we will replace the item or damaged parts free of charge. Please review our returns policy for complete terms.
