Adding a Logo to Your Award
Yes, we can add logos to many of our awards! Eligible items display an "add a logo" option on their product page. There is a one-time set-up charge noted with each award. If you order multiple eligible items in the same order, there is no additional logo fee to use the same logo across those items—simply add a note in the order notes section. The only exception is for screen-printed or engraved acrylic or crystal awards, where a set-up charge applies to each different size.
Artwork & File Requirements
To ensure high-quality production, please provide artwork in one of the following formats:
- Accepted Formats: .eps, .ai, .tiff, or a .jpg file at 300 dpi or above.
- Recreation Fee: If your logo is not in one of these formats or is low quality, our design team can typically recreate it for an additional $25.00 to $40.00 fee, depending on complexity. Customer service will notify you with a quote if this is required.
- Submitting Artwork: Upload your file using our website upload feature or email it to us after placing your order. Please remember to include your order number.
Logo Printing & Color Matching
Logos are printed in full color (if provided in color) on trophy plates, plaques, and full-color imprinted acrylic awards. On laser-engraved items, logos will appear etched into the surface.
Please note:
- We cannot match PMS colors, except on screen-printed acrylic awards.
- When printing logos on gold or silver plates, colors may shift slightly once printed. If your colors must be exact, we recommend submitting a black and white logo.
- Logos on File: We keep your logo on file for one year. Once on file, you can use it on subsequent orders at no charge—just leave a note in the order notes section!
Proofing & Production Turnaround
Adding a logo includes a free digital proof emailed to you for approval prior to production. Because proofing requires your review, adding a logo generally adds 1-2 business days of extra production time. If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting a rush option or expedited shipping at checkout.
Where Does My Logo Go?
For standard trophies and awards, all logos and custom text are printed on a silver or gold metal plate (matching your award) attached to the base. For engraved crystal or acrylic awards, logos are either laser-engraved into the surface or screen-printed based on your selection.
What is a Set-Up Fee?
A set-up fee covers the operational expense of configuring machinery and switching between customer jobs; it is separate from artwork creation. While many items do not carry this charge, each engraved or imprinted acrylic award and engraved crystal award requires a set-up charge per order, whether a logo is included or not. Every item with a set-up fee includes a free proof.
Premium Artwork Service ($15 Flat Fee)
Want additional customization flexibility? We offer a Premium Artwork Service package for a flat fee of $15 per order. This service gives you complete creative control, allowing you to:
- Choose a custom font instead of our standard Arial Narrow
- Add or change text colors from standard black
- Adjust font sizing for individual names or award titles
Standard Formatting: Our standard font for all trophies and awards is Arial Narrow printed in black, sized uniformly across all text lines to fit the available space.
How to Add: Select the "Premium Artwork Service" checkbox in your shopping cart and detail your requests in the order notes section. You will receive a digital proof for review, which includes one proof revision at no extra charge. In rare cases where we cannot accommodate a request, we will contact you and refund the $15 service fee.
