Most orders are delivered within 6–8 business days after ordering when selecting one of our flat rate shipping options. We also offer expedited shipping services that deliver in 3–5 business days, as well as our innovative 4 Day TurboPartner Service designed to save you money and speed up delivery.
How TurboPartner Works: TurboPartner leverages our distribution network to ship your awards directly from a regional warehouse near you, while sending engraved name plates separately for you to attach yourself. This reduces shipping costs while maintaining fast turnarounds.

The Fine Print
*Free Shipping Terms: Free shipping applies to stock orders that total over $400 and ship by flat rate service in the Continental United States (merchandise value only; excludes logo fees, personalization charges, or custom awards). This offer excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders received after 3pm EST Monday through Friday are considered processed the following business day.
TurboPartner Service Availability: TurboPartner Service is not available on all items. Eligible products display a "TurboPartner 4 Day Service" graphic on their product page and are noted in the details section. If any part of your order includes a non-TurboPartner item, the TurboPartner option will not be offered at checkout.
Combined Orders: Orders containing both regular delivery items and longer lead-time items will be shipped together based on the production time of the longest lead-time item. Place separate orders if you need regular delivery or TurboPartner items faster.
Business Days & Holidays: Delivery dates apply to standard business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
Orders Requiring Additional Production Time:
- Orders over 100 pieces total (except TurboPartner Service orders)
- Orders requiring a proof (logo, engraved acrylic, or crystal orders)
- Orders marked as longer lead-time items (engraved acrylic awards, engraved crystal, custom award belts, etc.)
- Custom acrylic trophies (require 2–3 weeks to produce)
- Orders submitted as Pay by Check
Third-Party Shipping: We are unable to accept 3rd Party Shipping Account Numbers.
International Orders: Orders shipped outside the United States have different shipping options and may be subject to customs duties and fees collected by your local government upon arrival.
Damaged Goods Guarantee: In the event of damage to your package or contents during transit, TrophyPartner.com will replace the item or damaged parts free of charge. Requests must be received within 14 days of arrival.
Satisfaction & Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return, exchange, or credit your order. Please see our returns policy for details.
APO/FPO Shipments: We ship to all APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail Service, fully insured. Because exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, we cannot be held liable for delayed packages. Please allow 3 business days for order processing and approximately 10–20 transit days for delivery depending on location.
Expedited Shipping Rates: Rates for Gold, Silver, and Bronze services are determined in the shopping cart based on order weight and shipping distance from our facility in North Carolina.
Order Value Calculations: All shipping rate tiers are based on the merchandise subtotal value only and exclude logo fees, personalization charges, proof charges, etc.
Unforeseen Delays: Delivery delays may occur due to business closures, incorrect checkout addresses, inclement weather, acts of God, or other natural or world events.
