Placing a New Order

1. Select Your Award: Choose your quantity and click the orange "Personalize My Award" button.
2. Enter Personalization: Input the custom text for each item on the following page.
3. Review Text: Check your text carefully for spelling and accuracy.
4. Save Personalization: Click the blue "Save Personalization for this Product" button to add the item to your cart.
5. Add Additional Items: Repeat this process for any other items in your order.
6. Set Delivery Date: On the shipping options page, click inside the date field and select your required date from the calendar.
7. Select Shipping: Choose from available shipping methods for your date (changing the date may reveal additional shipping options).
8. Complete Checkout: Pay for your order using any major credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Payments.

Placing a Reorder

1. Log In: Sign into "My Account" on our website.
2. Check Details: Review your billing, shipping, and payment information for accuracy, making any updates needed.
3. Select Reorder: Click "Reorder" next to the past order you wish to repeat.
4. Adjust Quantities: Add or remove items in your shopping cart if needed.
5. Edit Personalization: Click the "View/Edit Personalization" link next to each item to update your custom text.
6. Set Delivery Date: On the shipping options page, select your required delivery date from the calendar.
7. Select Shipping: Choose your preferred shipping option for the selected date.
8. Complete Checkout: Pay for your order using any major credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Payments.

Ordering FAQs & Personalization Guide

Are there lettering or customization charges?

All of our trophies, awards, plaques, and medals include free lettering up to 60 characters. Additional characters over 60 are charged at $.10 per character.

Note: A few select awards do not offer lettering. These items are clearly marked and will not allow text entry on the website.

When comparing prices, remember to check whether other companies include free personalization and how many characters are provided. Many competitors only include 40 characters or none at all, and some charge extra to put individual names on trophies.

How much text can I put on my award?

Each award accommodates a different amount of text based on its size. Simply add the item to your cart to view how many lines and characters are available. Every item includes 60 free characters, with additional characters available at $.10 per character.

By default, we center Arial Narrow font on a gold or silver satin trophy plate affixed to your trophy, maximizing font size for the available plate area and text provided.

If you would like to request a different font, please leave a note in the order notes section during checkout, and we will gladly accommodate your request if possible.

Can I add a logo to my awards?

Yes, many of our awards support custom logos! Items that accept logos will feature an "Add a Logo" option. Here is how logo customization works:

• Setup Charges: There is a one-time logo set-up fee listed with each award. There is no extra set-up charge to add the same logo to other eligible items in the same order (please note these items in the order notes section). Exception: Screen-printed or engraved acrylic/crystal awards require a separate set-up charge for each distinct size.
• Accepted File Formats: Logos must be provided in .eps, .ai, .tiff, or .jpg format at 300 dpi or higher. If your logo is in a different format or low quality, we can typically recreate it for an additional $25.00 to $40.00 fee depending on complexity.
• Sending Your Logo: Upload your file using our website's upload tool, or email it to us after placing your order (please include your order number).
• Printing & Appearance: Logos are printed in full color on trophy plates, plaques, and full-color imprinted acrylic awards, but appear etched on laser-engraved items. PMS color matching is only available on screen-printed acrylic awards. When printed on gold or silver plates, colors may shift slightly; if exact color matching is required, we recommend using a black and white logo.
• Reusing Logos: Once your logo is on file with us, you can reuse it at no charge on future orders within 1 year (simply make a note in the order notes section). We keep logos on file for one year.
• Production Time: Adding a logo includes a free digital proof emailed to you for approval. Proofing typically adds 1–2 business days to production. For urgent deadlines, we recommend selecting a rush option or expedited shipping.
