If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping services delivering in 3-5 business days, as well as our TurboPartner service with delivery in as fast as 4 business days.
Expedited Shipping Service: Delivers awards within 3-5 business days after your order is placed based on the tier selected. We now include free 24-hour rush processing as part of this service.
TurboPartner Service: Delivers orders within 4 business days while saving you money. Utilizing our extensive distribution network, we ship your awards from a warehouse near you and send your custom name plates separately for easy self-attachment. Simply peel off the adhesive backing and stick the plate onto your award! Look for the distinctive TurboPartner 4 Day Service graphic on eligible product pages.

The Fine Print & Shipping Guidelines
- Order Cutoff Time: Processing for orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will begin the following business day.
- TurboPartner Eligibility: TurboPartner Service is not available on all items. Qualifying items feature a "TurboPartner 4 Day Service" graphic on the product page and note in the details section. If any portion of your order contains a non-TurboPartner item, the TurboPartner shipping option will not be available at checkout.
- Business Days & Holidays: Delivery dates are calculated using normal business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
- Check Payments: Orders submitted by check require payment receipt prior to production. Please allow additional time for payment processing.

Extended Lead-Time Orders: The following order types may require additional production time:
- Orders over 100 total pieces (except when using TurboPartner Service)
- Orders requiring a proof (logo, engraved acrylic, or crystal orders)
- Items designated as longer lead-time items (acrylic awards, engraved crystal, etc.)
- Custom trophies require 2-3 weeks to produce after proof approval and payment have been received before they ship
- 3rd Party Accounts: We are unable to accept 3rd Party Shipping Account Numbers.
- International Shipping: Orders shipped outside the United States have different shipping options and may be subject to customs duties and fees collected by the local government upon arrival.
- Transit Damage Guarantee: In the event of transit damage to your package or contents, TrophyPartner.com will replace the item or damaged parts free of charge. Requests must be received within 14 days of arrival.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return, exchange, or credit. Please review our returns policy for complete details.
- APO / FPO Shipping: We ship to all APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail Service with insurance included. Because delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, we cannot be held liable for delayed packages. Please allow 3 business days for order processing plus approximately 10-20 transit days depending on destination.
- Custom Awards Production: Custom awards typically require 2-3 weeks to make before shipping.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for Gold, Silver, and Bronze services are available during checkout and are determined by order weight and distance from our location in North Carolina.
- Merchandise Values: Shipping options are calculated based on merchandise subtotal only and do not include logo fees, personalization charges, proofs, or other fees.
- Unforeseen Delays: Delivery delays may occur due to business closures, incorrect checkout addresses, inclement weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen natural or world events.
