Free Personalization & Character Limits
We include free personalization of up to 60 characters on every award. Any additional characters over 60 are priced at just $.10 each.
Comparing prices? Many competitors only include 40 characters or charge an additional $.35 or more for individual names on each trophy.
Standard Text & How to Enter Personalization
- Standard Formatting: By default, we center Arial Narrow font printed in black on a gold or silver satin trophy plate affixed to your award. We automatically maximize the font size to fit the plate area and text provided.
- Entering Text: To personalize an item, select your quantity on the product page and click the orange "Personalize My Award" button. You will be prompted to enter your text on the following page.
Adding a Custom Logo
Many awards feature an "add a logo" option on the product page.
- One-Time Setup Charge: There is a one-time $25 setup fee to process a logo. You can add that same logo to other eligible awards in the same order at no additional charge (simply mention the items in your order notes).
- Accepted File Formats: Logos must be provided in .eps, .ai, .tiff, or .jpg format at 300 dpi or higher. You can upload your file on our site or email it to us after ordering (please include your order number).
- Logo Recreation Fee: If your logo file is low quality or not in an accepted format, we can recreate it for an additional $25.00 to $40.00 fee depending on complexity.
- Logos on File: We keep your setup logo on file for 1 year. For subsequent orders within that timeframe, simply leave a note in the order notes section to reuse your saved logo at no extra charge.
Premium Artwork Service ($15 Flat Fee)
Need custom fonts, custom colors, specialized layouts, or varied text sizes for individual names? Our Premium Artwork Service gives you complete design flexibility for a flat fee of $15 per order.
Included with Premium Artwork Service:
- Custom layout creation for plaques, t-shirts, and other items
- Ability to specify custom fonts, text sizing, and colors (beyond standard black Arial Narrow)
- A free digital proof emailed to you for approval, including one proof revision at no extra charge
To add this service, check the "Premium Artwork Service" box in your shopping cart and specify your design preferences in the order notes section. In limited cases where we are unable to modify an item as requested, we will contact you and fully refund the $15 service fee.
