How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?

In most cases, we can accommodate any delivery date you need! Estimated delivery dates and pricing for all UPS shipping options are automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout section when placing your order.

Our standard production time is 3 business days plus shipping time. If you need your awards sooner, we offer two fast rush options:

• Rush Processing: Ships in 1 business day for a flat fee of $25.
• Turbo Partner Service: Delivered within 3 business days for a flat fee of $25 plus UPS Ground shipping charges.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following UPS shipping methods: UPS Ground, 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air Services. We also offer U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) as an economical option for small packages, as well as shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO).

Please note: While UPS delivery dates are guaranteed, USPS Priority Mail service does not guarantee a delivery date, and we do not offer refunds for delayed shipments using USPS.

Important Checkout Note: Selecting "Rush This Order" or "Turbo Partner Service" does not automatically update the estimated delivery date displayed in checkout. For the "Rush This Order" option, subtract 2 business days from the displayed estimated delivery date. For the Turbo Partner Service, please allow 3 business days from receipt of your order for delivery.

Special Order Types & Destinations

• APO / FPO Shipments: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail and fully insured. Please allow our standard 3 business days to complete the order, plus an additional 10–20 days for delivery depending on your location. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
• Custom Trophies: Typically require 2 weeks of production time before shipping.

Turbo Partner Service

Need your awards fast without high express shipping costs? Our Turbo Partner Service delivers your order within 3 business days of receipt for a flat fee of $25 plus standard UPS Ground shipping charges. This offer is available only within the contiguous United States.

How Does It Work?

We leverage our nationwide distribution network to drop-ship your awards directly from a nearby facility, saving you significant money compared to air freight. To make this speed possible, your personalized name plates are express-shipped in a separate package. Simply peel off the adhesive backing and attach the name plates to your awards when they arrive!

How to Order Turbo Partner Service:

1. Select the Turbo Shipping option in your shopping cart by checking the box.
2. Select UPS Ground Shipping on the shipping options page.
3. Enter the date your order is needed in the designated field (please allow at least 3 business days).

Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the following business day. Business days exclude weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and official holidays. Checking the Turbo Partner option will not change the estimated delivery date string shown in checkout, but you can expect your order within 3 business days.
